5. Pricing & Payment
- Pricing for products and services is as per quotation, tender terms, or invoices.
- All applicable taxes (GST, duties, etc.) are borne by the client unless stated otherwise.
- Delayed or non-payment may result in penalties or suspension of services.
6. Delivery & Warranty
- Delivery timelines are approximate and subject to logistical conditions.
- Products are covered under applicable warranties or compliance certifications.
- Any delivery-related complaint must be raised within 7 days of receipt.
7. Tender-Based Operations
- For supply through GEM Portal / e-Tendering, client must follow respective department’s T&C.
- Aman Formulations is not responsible for tender award decisions made by Government bodies.
- All submitted documents in tender participation are legally compliant and verifiable.
8. Limitation of Liability
Aman Formulations Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Delays or failure due to events beyond our control (force majeure)
- Misuse or unauthorized handling of products by third parties
9. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Not misuse or resell products without authorization
- Not violate any applicable law while using our products or services
